Description

The Mystery of Redemption and Christian Discipleship examines our need for Redemption and presents how the salvific promise made to humanity is fulfilled in the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. It explains how the Church continues the redemptive mission of Christ in the world today, and how in the Holy Mass, Christ’s redemptive sacrifice is made present to the faithful.

The closing of every chapter includes further readings and topics for discussion:

  • Supplementary Reading from Popes, Saints, and Church documents
  • Vocabulary, Study Questions and Practical Exercises
  • From the Catechism – pertinent reference going deeper into chapter topics
